Garlic Liver Treats
Take approximately 1# of pork liver(beef crumbles) and slice into strips about 3/4 inch in diameter. Sprinkle garlic powder over the liver. Put in boiling water for about 10 minutes. Then let it drain on paper toweling.Take a cookie sheet and put paper toweling on that. Lay liver on top of paper toweling and sprinkle more garlic powder on it and bake at 250 degrees for 10 minutes on one side and turn liver over and bake 10 minutes on the other side. Don't overbake. It should be just dry to the touch
